Children with Cancer UK
This week has been a bit up and down with training due to illness but decisions were made to enable sensible training to keep the training on track.
Sunday a 42 km 3 hours on the mountain bike at the Lookout and a spot of refuelling testing with Naked Nibbles. They look like rabbit poo but taste nice (maybe because I had this in mind) They are small and easy to eat on the move and worked well so I will be adding them to my list of "Go Too" LSR re-fueling foods. Still top of my list the trusted Jam Sandwich.
Classes through the week with Elite Conditioning with a total mileage of LSR = 53 km
Cross training: Swimming total hours : 4.5 hrs and Bootcamp
Our 18 mile LSR run had to re scheduled due us both being ill and wanting to keep our training on track and not making ourselves worse.
We therefore made the sensible decision and altered our training schedule and allowed space to bring up our mileage next week when we are fit and healthy.
