Inter counties Champs with SCVAC

Inter county Champs SCVAC 1500m and 3k. Two PBS and one club record. A good day out if slightly exhausting!! My training plan is working beautifully from @elite_strong for Biathle training GB qualifiers. Then it was onto Norfolk to visit my papa for his post birthday celebrations.
